Therefore, we thought we would share some top tips, for helping children (and perhaps grown up’s too!) to find a little calm and help manage those big emotions.
Juice Nursery has been a Mini Me Yoga accredited nursery for nearly 3 years now. Since implementing the programme, by introducing yoga flows, breathing exercises and mindfulness activities to our daily routines, we have seen huge benefits to the wellbeing of our children.
More to follow on this over the coming days but, if this is all new to you, we thought we would share this blog on creating a Calm Kit, which you might like to try at home.
We have created Calm Areas throughout the nursery, which which have proved to be a big hit, particularly with our older children.
