Picasso inspires our Preschool

In the run up to World Book Day, our Juice Nursery Preschool were asked to take part in an art project with Manchester Gramma School.  This involved blending new art work in to an old book.

We decided we would use the art work of Picasso to inspire our interpretation of his take on self portraits. The children used features cut from newspapers and magazines to make their own portraits.

Here is a selection of some of the masterpieces created! All of the portraits will be on display in Altrincham Library, if you would like to take a closer look, during the first week of March.
