Teamwork makes the dream work!

You may have read on our website that we actively encourage the professional development of our team. Quite easy to say, but here is the proof in the proverbial pudding!!

We are extremely proud to share details of qualifications that our staff have achieved over the past 12 months. In a sector where the number of qualified nursery workers has plummeted (as reported by the NDNA) this only further confirms what we know to be true. We have an amazing team here at Juice Nursery!

So, well done to Chanelle and Leah who have completed their Level 3 Early Educator qualification.  A big shout out to Kirsty, who has finished her Level 4, to become an Early Years Advanced Practitioner.  We are also delighted that Danielle and Charlotte have completed their BA (Hons) Degree in Childhood Studies, both achieving excellent results.

Hot on their heels are Kelly and Chloe, who are both enrolled with the Open University, working towards similar degrees, which is no mean feat when working full time!  Shelbie is working towards her Level 3 qualification. Leanna, Sarah and Nat are in the process of completing Level 4 qualifications. Tracy is part way through a Level 3 SENCO qualification and Danielle is looking to achieve Early Year Qualified Teacher Status.

And the learning doesn’t stop there! Many of our staff have also completed mandatory retraining in areas such as safeguarding & child protection, health & safety, first aid and food hygiene to ensure that their skills and knowledge are current and refreshed.  Well done team – we are immensely proud of you!
